Become a Member
The Rotary Club of Clearwater is the oldest service club in Clearwater and one of the largest in Pinellas County with approximately 100 local community leaders as members. Any business leader or active community member is eligible to join Rotary. Our member roster is available to Rotarians through Rotary’s District and Club Database linked here.
To become a member of The Rotary Club of Clearwater, an existing member must sponsor you. If you are interested in membership in our club and you know one or more existing members, please contact an existing member for sponsorship. If you do not know an existing member, please email us at [email protected], and we will connect you to our Membership Chairperson who will invite you to visit one of our weekly meetings as our guest and connect you to a sponsor.
After you have been sponsored, the board will review and vote on your application. Assuming you are accepted, you will attend an informational meeting to learn how Rotary works, followed by a formal induction at a club meeting.
Meetings are scheduled each Wednesday from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Belleair Country Club, Belleair, Florida.

A Rotary Commitment
- Rotarians are expected to maintain at least 60% meeting attendance. You may attend other club meetings for your attendance credit and to expand your Rotary relationships.
- Members are expected to assist with at least one of the club’s major service projects.
- Members need to assist in our mission as a committee participant.
- Members are expected to financially support our charity fundraising programs.
